Chapter 2: Breakfast of Champions

Walt woke to a monstrous headache. Whenever that damn Laotian maniac came by to visit, Walt seemed to forget his hard-earned wisdom of moderation and stay up way too late telling stories about the long ago with someone who understood. Now that he was older and had better sense than to just get up and do PT to make it go away, he just lay in bed, with a pulse trying to push his eyeballs out though his closed eyelids.
