Chapter 31. Syllabus

 

They had decided to wait until 11:00 for the meeting, after the dining room had been cleared and chores done.  Carl and Evan had gone back to their places and tried to get a little studying done.  James wanted to explore the area and Walt and Bill warned him off the road to the bridge, but had instead him head up to the stones circle after they had introduced him to the briars and taught him the trick.
