Chapter 12: Pork Roast and Recognition

 She had really expected to be further along than this. Josephine was excited to have company coming over and put on a proper feed. But the squat and slightly bad tempered dog that had wound up at her front door a couple of months ago after apparently being dumped on the road going past her place had decided to demand a short walk. Luckily Tito’s age and general lack of stamina was perfect for her knees and general health so she accommodated his wishes. It being a beautiful morning didn’t hurt a thing either.( Read more... )
