Chapter 13. Hard Wake Up

Walt woke up in a sweat.  He swung his legs to make contact with the floor, something that had always grounded him.  He had spent the first five years of the seventies waking up in the same cold sweat, those years had taught him that for some reason the touch of the floor on the bottom of his feet was a certain way to stop the shaking.  It had been a long time since he had woken this way.  Seemed unusual that it happened now.
